This piece of property is a hunters dream. The ranch lies in the basin of the White River National Forest, right on the valley floor between Meeker and Craig, Colorado in Unit 12. With two spring fed ponds, year round stream, wheat and alfalfa fields, it makes excellent habitat for deer and elk. The 1,000+ acre property includes approximately 700 acres of huntable BLM land with NO PUBLIC ACCESS. The White River National Forest is home to the largest Elk herd (approximately 12,000) in North America. Between the mountains is a valley that the elk follow down going directly through the ranch during migrations.
